At 9am on Tuesday 6th February 2018, pre-registration for tickets opens for the Citadel event (scheduled to take place at Gunnersbury Park on Sunday 15th July 2018) (the "Event") on the Citadel website (https://citadelfestival.com/) ("Event Pre-Sale Registration"). Registrations for Event Pre-Sale Registration made after this time and date shall not be successful. Registration is non-transferrable and does not automatically guarantee a participant the right to purchase a ticket in the Pre-Sale Period.

At 12pm on Friday 9th February 2018, tickets shall be made available for purchase to those who participated in the Event Pre-Sale Registration (the "Pre-Sale"). The Pre-Sale shall close once the allocation of Pre-Sale tickets have sold out, or at 9am on Monday 12th February 2018, whichever is the latter (the "Pre-Sale Period"). If you are eligible and have registered in the Event Pre-Sale Registration, you shall be emailed a link from which you are able to purchase tickets during the Pre-Sale Period. There is a maximum purchase of eight (8) tickets per transaction.

At 12pm on Monday 12th February 2018, tickets for the Event will go on general sale to the public through the Event website. The Promoter reserves the right to make available tickets through the Pre-Sale to other customers at its discretion prior to general sale.

All tickets sold are subject to the Terms and Conditions of Event entry, which can be found online at: https://mamafestivals.com/info/event-terms-and-conditions and the Terms and Conditions of Ticketmaster with whom you purchase your tickets. Tickets must not be purchased for the purpose of re-sale or other commercial gain.

Ticket purchases may be refused or cancelled where: the number of allocated Pre-Sale tickets have sold out; if you attempt to purchase tickets outside of the windows of availability set out herein; or where the Promoter reasonably believes you are attempting to purchase tickets otherwise than in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and/or the ticket terms and conditions.
